Many seem to think that the midi side of an audio interface is just up and running, but it is not. Once you have you got the audio interface installed and running correctly there is more to be done still to get the midi to work. If so then we have another issue going on but if not then read below. Have you installed the Midi side of the interface yet? Does it show as an input source and an output destination on Instrument tracks.
